Ordered 3 of these. 2 sets to begin with and one was bad. Ordered a replacement after a return. 3rd set shows up bad as well. No idea what the issue is. I followed instructions per the packaging and let the item charge till the lights indicate everything is fully charged. First bad set left ear died at the range in 10min. Now the replacement set the right ear dies in 3 min. Tried charging in different cases of friends and no change.
