The skirt I’ve just purchased is advertised as stretchy but it doesn’t stretch to fit my wife who is a size 13 so I’m not happy

The skirt contains 3% elastane and does stretch, as clarified with measurements when queried before purchase. Skirt is a Size 12 and a very small skirt, so highly unlikely to fit a larger size. Unfortunately, if asked, I could have clarified that it would not fit a larger size although it does have stretch, all measurements were given in listing.
