The pictures are generic, so they initially sent me an item that had far more wear on it than pictured. They kindly replaced the item with something with much less wear, but be sure to ask about wear and defects if the item is listed as used. The customer service was great and the shipping was very prompt otherwise. I would consider buying from them again now that I know to ask about the condition of items.
