Grip was Used--holes on the side indicated it was injected with solvent and removed. Also, there were coffee or oil stains on its sides that took me 10 minutes of Labor to remove. Not cool, but good Product anyway, so I still gave you a Neutral rating. Maybe you can send me an actual New one Comp'd for my trouble?
