Just refund the money and gave the message: "We looked in the card shop all day for this card and can not find it anywhere. It was there when we listed it last week. .............I am so sorry this has never happened before."
I bought the card and paid for it. It was just shipped to me on the way. And it disappears or is stolen ? What a ridiculous reason and I cannot accept it.
