Zero communication, tried to cancel order before shipping and was ignored, seller shipped three days later. HD was not erased, still had previous owner's data. Needed password which was not provided to update or add software, again no response from seller! Had to do a complete fresh re-install which took a few hours but did work. I would not trust nor do business with seller again. I would rate negative but HD does work after a lot of time invested.
