Overall positive in terms of comms and dispatch time. However, the packaging was very flimsy - the kit was merely sandwiched between a couple of pieces of cardboard. Recommend using more robust and appropriate (jiffy bag / bubble wrap + cardboard ) suitable for a fragile model.
