      I had to chase down information from the seller just to find out where my bike was. And when questions were asked, all I got were vague responses that did not fully answer any questions. I had to contact the bike shop where the bike was coming from to get information because the seller seemed disinterested in actually helping . Item finally arrived in good condition and packed very well from the bike shop but overall the experience was mediocre with the seller.
