I found the description misleading, using words like 'puncture proof' and ' extended tyre life', etc, and thought I was buying that which stops punctures and protects your tyre and inner tube. Alas, it is just 'Rim Tape' - words which were not used on the listing ! The seller then offered a partial refund, then offered a higher partial refund, which displeased me. They did eventually refund the full amount, and were apologetic. Makes you wonder if they want to sell on eBay at all !
