Works as I'd expect a 28D lens would for indirect ophthalmoscopy, a nice balance between my 40D and 20D lenses: even undilated I can see appreciable views of the posterior pole.The lens is however uncoated, which does add some reflections... but at this price it feels like a solid addition to my selection of screening tools.
