Item is great, price was great, delivery time was great. Problem was the packaging-book was damaged in three different places by my postman jamming the book through my letterbox. If it had been shipped in a cardboard envelope rather than a thin jiffy bag and paper wrap then the book probably would've survived the Royal Mail undamaged. Hardback books need better packaging as standard.
