    Not a good experience the seller sent the wrong item too two customers. I contacted the seller and advised I had received the wrong item. The seller agreed to provide a full refund and also to refund for the cost of postage to the other customer. So each customer had to send the item they received in error to the other customer - a practice that i was not happy with and could have easily led to further problems.

    Yes, this is exactly what happened, human error, but you got a full refund with a free strap and all it cost you instead is £3 to send the wrong strap to my other kind customer who declined a refund and was very helpful, unfortunately you were not understanding and kept on bombarding me with emails simply because of this small mistake I admitted, Please do not purchase from my shop
