Ordered a joystick pot fjr06k-s. They shipped it in a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or box. The joystick was crushed with plastic pieces falling out and the pins were crushed. I sent them a message and they offered me 30% refund, they replied offering me 50%. They clearly made a mistake in improper shipping and they are refusing to provide me with a full refund. 100% of the product is unusable! So I should get 100% refund. Improper shipping! Waste of my time and my customer
