The board arrived on time in good condition. It was packaged very well. I had had a Carrier tech tell me I needed a new board, but I did not quite believe that was the problem. I replaced the board and still have exactly the same symptom. That tells me both the old and replacement board are very likely good and the problem is elsewhere.
