Product was new and sealed as advertised. My only problem was how they shipped it. It wasn't in a box or protected in any way. It was shipped with just some construction paper wrapped around it and a shipping label slapped on top. Luckily it arrived in good condition, but it very much could have been damaged with how it was "packaged" .
