Seller mistakenly sent this horse to another person who then refused to return it and has it listed for £10 more than I paid for it. I have been refunded and I am sure the seller told me the truth, but the neutral is a reminder to be more careful in future. I really wanted this model horse, not the refund. And apparently Ebay is fine with the woman who got it in error reselling it.

I cannot apologise enough for this error. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with carol24red, the person mistakenly sent the horse, as they ignored my messages and outright lied about that. They closed the return case when I called them out on reselling the item.
