Item arrived damaged, seller refused return, saying to get it from the post office. Not good

Buyer made multiple offers for an item that I refused, He then purchases for full price and demands 1/2 his money back because the post office bent the envelope, keep in mind the product is still intact and undamaged! I get the feeling this wasn't the first time he's tried this SCAM. If you think you're entitled to money based on a shipping mistake, why blame the seller? Make a claim. THIS IS WHY I PAID FOR INSURANCE.
