Delivery Policy
Orders will be sent ASAP, most of the time items will be sent the same day or within 1 day but due to other commitments, this cannot be guaranteed. For tracked services, the tracking number will be uploaded to eBay once the label has been generated. There are various shipping services available at the checkout. For guaranteed Saturday delivery or delivery before 9am, please select 'Special Delivery by 9am' where possible as these orders have to be done at a post office branch. All orders are available for collection, please select collection at the checkout.
 
Returns Policy
I accept returns within 30 days. A deduction will be taken from the sale price if the item is returned in a considerably worse condition as sold. For cameras, a deduction will be applied if the shutter count rises by 750 shots. Please include all accessories along with the item when returning the item.
 
Warranty Policy for Certified Refurbished items
The seller guarantee covers any defects that arise within at least 12 months of the date of delivery, and as a minimum, allows for: a full refund for 90 days from the date of purchase of the Eligible item; a repair of the Eligible Item with new or refurbished parts for 12 months following the delivery of the Eligible Item at no additional charge to the Buyer; and a replacement of the Eligible Item entirely, either with a new or refurbished item, of either the same or better specification, at no additional charge to the Buyer. Defects will exclude accidental damage, cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. A copy of this policy will be sent through the eBay messaging service once the item has been sent.
 
Warranty Policy for non-Certified Refurbished items
In no way is a warranty implied with any products sold. At the point of testing all items are tested and described as accurately as possible. Over time item may fail due to age and everyday wear and tear. I do not know any service history or the amount of previous owners unless stated otherwise.
 
VAT Policy
I operate mainly under the VAT margin scheme selling second hand goods. There may be some items that VAT will be charged at 20% so if you're looking to claim VAT back, please ask before purchasing. A VAT invoice will be emailed to all customers who purchase VAT applicable items.
