I needed to cancel my order because I forgot that I bought the exact same thing from another seller. When I said I needed to cancel the order and gave the reason, this seller only wanted to refund me the amount that I had spent on the other item (they assumed that I got it at a better deal, when I actually ended up paying sligtly more for it). It was only after I told them this that they refunded me in full. If I'm not getting an item though, I should be refunded in full, no questions asked.

I simply was trying to sell my item and messaged the buyer to see if i could give them a better deal than the other one they had bought. Once they responded to me that they would just like to cancel the order i refunded the amount the paid minus the taxeds ebay takes out. I was not trying to be difficult. I am sorry to offend.
