If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and simply return the item in the condition supplied within 30 working days of receipt.

Overseas (International):

Again, please use an economic service, but we suggest a trackable service. Otherwise U.K customs will try charging us for receiving a parcel, when we do not have to pay.

Liability of returns:

If the item is not returned to us via an untracked/signed for service, the buyer is responsible for any loss. Also, if the item has been returned Tracked/Signed For and the courier company has lost it, it's the buyer's responsibility to claim for the missing parcel.
