Unfortunately, I didn't notice in the picture shown that this faceplate was missing the front trim piece. That's my fault. Upon inspection, I realized that this piece is not meant to be removed, and was ripped off of this piece (with broken pieces of the mounting tabs remaining). After I removed all of th broken pieces of plastic from this panel, I proceeded to install it. It intermittently shuts off the radio and worse, the climate control, while driving! Now I'll have to buy another one!
