I received the clock fairly quickly and at first glance it seemed to be in good shape as described. When it was completely unpackaged and prior to plugging it in, I noticed the turn wheel for the radio (used to changed the radio station) was broken and did not work. It would have been nice to have known this prior to making the purchase. The clock was securely wrapped and boxed so it is highly unlikely that it was damaged during the shipping process. The seller wasn’t completely transparent.
