Sorry for all inconveniences you might had with this transaction. Item was dispatched with tracking number. According to the tracking number, parcel couldn't be delivered and nobody collected it from the post office. Therefore it was returned back to the sender. We had offered you 2 options - claim for the refund or arrange the new delivery
