We are sorry that your purchase was not received. We put in a request with the USPS. Unfortunately we have no control over packages once they are in the hands of the shipping company. We have been waiting for an update and are yet to get one. We understand your frustration. As for the refund we can not issue one until the product that was shipped is located.
