Seller did not disclose a manufacturers defect nor did they photograph it. When I questioned them as to why they didn’t disclose it, all they said was send them back if you aren’t satisfied. They would only offer a full refund instead of a partial and took no responsibility for not disclosing the problem

I'd like to thank my customers who read my feedback and take a moment to explain this situation. This item did have a very small blemish in the pattern on one of the glasses, I did admit to not seeing it. I also sold this set at a heavy discount; I was not willing to take a steeper loss. I offered the customer a full refund (including shipping) if they were no 100% satisfied. We at Trinkets N Treasurz always try to please our customers and if not 100% satisfied offer a full refund upon return.
