This product was missing some of it's content asked her nicely if she would be willing to make this right leave-in sold at Walmart $4.98 purchased so many times in past but since has been discontinued, sold to me for $55.80, but about 1 TBL was missing. I even sent this lady a picture showing some was missing in which she still denied! Her demeanor was quite insensitive and rude. Opinion: Not a good seller. Will not buy from again.

Received 3 messages from buyer. Replied twice: "If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return your unused item for a full refund. This was shipped out new/unused & was not missing any product. Thank you."No product was missing- product was inspected twice, weighed,cap was taught, pump had no product inside -brand new. I told buyer they could return unused product if they were unhappy. They did not wish to return & wanted a partial credit for a new product. False negative feedback.
