This seller has put a buy it now for too low price, claimed it failed customs after short period and then said theyd refund but haven't. Then they relist the item for 5 times the price. So now because the postage estimate was about 2 months I have to wait until then before eBay will let me open a case to get my money back. The seller probably hopes people will forget or can't be bothered. They also clearly have multiple accounts and did the exact same thing. This type of seller should be banned.
