I ordered the Motorola Razr v3 and it work perfectly fine as long as you use it with a phone service that support the 2G network.
I live in Canada so as for myself, my phone will only work with Rogers or other phone services owned by Rogers such as Fido and Chatr since they are the only phone services left in Canada that still support 2G.
Nevertheless, the Motorola Razr v3 is a very good phone. I highly recommand peoples to buy it before all phone services shut down support for 2G
