Accepted the seller’s offer. The tracking number was provided after 6 days. Poor communication. When contacted, the seller said that the item was sent; later on, that the item got lost in the parcel shop and then that they were on their way to sort it out. Nothing was sent after 3 weeks. Had to ask Ebay to step in to get money back. Waste of time.

apologies for inconvenience but i did message you saying i was busy and that my replies would have delays. I did message you back saying that the doll had gotten lost in shop but i did retrieve it and asked if you still wanted but you said you wanted a refund instead. It definitely did not take 3 weeks for me to try getting back to you and due to being inactive ebay had to step in which i do not deny, but i was in communication with you hence i had informed you that i would be slow to reply

There was no notification about being busy/replies delay. After initially responding to my messages the seller just went silent and the item had to be reported to ebay as not sent. On 7 May (3 weeks after the purchase on 14 April) the seller finally replied that they could send the item again. There was no point wasting time any longer. I read previous negative feedback about the seller, but was hoping that things would improve, also as I received an offer from them. Nope.
