There was a tiny chip on the interior of the rim of one wine glass. Insisted I try to file a claim for Shipping damage at the post office which was obviously ridiculous. Received a refund after I filed a “not as described” claim with ebay. Look at this other feedback..problems seem to be the responsibility of the purchaser. Other two wine glasses were in perfect shape, and well packed but Pete’s unwllingness to acknowledge any possible mistake made this transaction excruciating.

This uncooperative buyer waited a month to alert us to the claimed damage. That is one months use of the glasses then claim not as described to obtain reimbursement. Photos show no damage - requests for clearer photos and of the shipping box all ignored. Glasses were returned - no damage found. This buyer has demonstrated they should not be participating on Ebay - a complaint report has been filed. Currently awaiting the outcome of request for feedback removal. Beware of this Ebayer.
