I purchased these slippers as a present for my relative. Delivery was on time, but the original box was ripped off in several places, and a clear plastic window was out of the place it should have been, I was very disappointed as my present to a lovely elderly lady was not looking presentable because of the broken box. So I took photos and sent them to a seller. The seller did not help but blamed a delivery, but it was clear that the box was damaged before the postage.
