Item was shipped and received in a timely manner. The actuator however could not have been fully tested as described, as it would not work correctly: ASR light coming on and M16/1s1 / M16/1s2 switches were faulty. By the time it was installed in the vehicle, the 30 day return period had closed. To expedite, the actuator was sent to a known expert in the MB industry where we were told the cable and connections were faulty. We spent money out of pocket to correctly repair this actuator.

The buyer NEVER reached out to us so that we can help them out. We have helped many buyers outside of the return period, so if the buyer had reached out we would have helped them out as well. Buyer took the time out to post the negative feedback rather than taking the same time to get their issue resolved.
