First, the shipment did not arrive on the scheduled date. They send me a Chromebook that is not the one that appears in the photos on the sale page, but this one, which appears in the two photos that I attach. Also, they send me the wrong charger. I contact the seller, and they send me an apologize and a stamp to return the Chromebook they sent me. But, they don't tell me that they are going to send me the one I bought, but that they will give me a refund. In short, super negative experience.

I wouldn’t suggest working with the seller.
Although my item was refunded, the seller has not demonstrated good opportunities to ship items in a timely manner or give accurate descriptions, since I got another product in the past from the same seller, the product was different than what the seller had explained.
In general, I wouldn’t recommend the seller to anybody .
