The item is as described in the description, but a major problem has arisen: even if I put in new batteries, they display one time out of 2 that it is discharged. And the SIM card cover came off very quickly. The salesman reacted defensively, talking about it as if I was the problem. So, OK, it's second-hand, but if it's only going to be usable once every 2 years, it's not worth it. You should check your items more carefully before selling them.

you admitted damaging the battery cover and we did not get defensive we just pointed out that because you damaged the battery cover it would not work correctly hence why your getting the low battery indication we thoroughly test all our items before listing if a problem arises were more then happy to help resolve the issue but you admitted damaging the item so unfortunately we are not at fault or liable for damages caused by you the buyer as per ebay guidelines
