Razor had patina and rusting which were not described or shown in photo..razor works but a lot of effort in getting it into shave ready condition..asked seller for a small partial refund..Seller declined and would only refund on return..felt he should of offered a partial refund immediately...After I opened return case seller then changed mind and offered a partial refund of £5.I accepted to avoid the hassle of returning ..Seller should of described item accurately thus avoiding any issues.
