Have spent a month trying to communicate with this seller to provide tracking and information with where my item has got to. Finally after a month and eBay getting involved I have finally got a refund and eBay have told me that they could not get tracking from the seller. I month with a total lack of basic customer service and acceptable communication is totally unacceptable.

The item was posted on the 7th of May 1st class signed for.Tracking information was asked for on the 11th of May and provided. It said the royal mail still had the item. A couple of days later the buyer said they still had not received the item and actually asked me to "chase it up " . All I could say was that the royal mail still have it. Then a case for non-receipt was opened so I could not refund. In short the item was lost and I was blamed as well as being accused of not posting at all.
