Radio arrived defective and you attempted to deduct 20% from the refund for no valid reason. Reported this to eBay and they said it was not acceptable for you to do this and they gave me the full refund. Very disappointed

It took a few days for them to ship, because they do final checks on the radio, but once they shipped it, it got here VERY FAST… all the way from Japan! I have not had a chance to actually use this radio on the air yet, but I have powered it up and everything seems to look OK. For the age of this radio it’s in very nice shape. I think I’m going to be very pleased with it!
