4 zoids toys packaged loosely in box. Tail broke and horn bent on 2 items. Lots of pieces fell off during shipment. Notified seller, his response was "use adhesive to put back together, damage from carrier not their responsibility ". Well, this would not have happened if they packed carefully and disassembled the sensitive, protruding pieces.
