Poorly packaged and arrived broken. Vintage glassware, thin votive was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap against two heavier pieces. Not enough packing to ensure it was protected. Was told by seller to make a claim with post office.

Item was triple bubble wrapped but was a fragile glass piece. Once an item passes out of my hands to the post office, a claim must be filed on broken or damaged items. It's no longer my responsibility at all because I cannot deliver an item myself but I made sure the buyer had the info needed to file the claim. Not my fault!!
