This product sound quality SUCKS. Especially for a LG brand. Worth more like $5. (Not even exaggerating). That's exactly why the seller says he doesn't accept returns. He shouldn't be selling such things at this price! I think he got a cheap heaphones and put it on the Lg box because the LG logo wasn't even in the headphones. Bad customer service! Thank God I was able to get my money back
