Please message with issues before leaving feedback! The label text was described both in the listing AND clearly shown in multiple photos. Quite unfair to hold the seller liable for not looking at the listing properly before buying. Items can also be returned rather than wasted. Messaged buyer with this information but never heard back.

Sorry to sound rude but this item and the packaging genuinely smelt so awful, that i put it straight in the bin and immediately washed my hands, not a pleasant experience . I don't know what the problem is but i really thought you would want to know for future sales. A refund would be appreciated if possible.

Puzzled as to why this would smell (it had been washed - perhaps it was stored poorly in transit?) or why the buyer would bin the item (such a waste!) and not contact me before leaving feedback and yet expect a refund. Would've offered a partial refund if buyer wanted to wash this themselves and keep it (a simple solution) or a full refund on its return. Offered an apology and refund regardless but buyer stopped replying.
