Buyer bought and paid for listed product. Then seller immediately cancelled order stating to EBAY that the Buyer's address was incorrect which was not true and a fraudulent statement. He then decided to increase the freight charge which he stated he underestimated, was his mistake, not the Buyer's and then immediately re-listed the item. A deal is a deal and he did not honor his listing.
