I am pleased with the purchase. The well-wrapped item arrived safely when expected via courier. This figurine by Nao Lladro, 'Pampered Poodle', # 1157 was created by the sculptor, Vincete Martinez and has elegance and charm. Even with the missing pinky and repair it is beautiful. This seller used a different type of shredded paper to protect it. They have shown that they care about their buyers and the items they are selling. I recommend both them and this item.
