The phone works great. The only problem(?) I had was that I ordered the phone Tuesday afternoon and the Shipping Label was not created until Friday morning, leaving me with an old desk phone without Caller ID or Call Waiting.

Sadly, product arrived broken and I’ve never been able to use it. Electric back massager was wrapped in newspaper and shipped in manufacture’s original thin cardboard box that it was sold in. There was no protection and the product is damaged and unusable. This is not a “new” product as seller listed. It is OLD and this model has not been produced for years. (I researched) The box it came in is OLD. False advertising and careless packaging on sellers part. I’m extremely disappointed.
