Well, sure enough my CD arrived damaged because this seller shipped it in a cheap thin cardboard mailer with no padding whatsoever. They did refund my purchase after several days. They respond with generic messages. They asked for pictures of the damage. Five photos were attached to my initial message! They have nice items but they need to revamp their operation.
