My hummels are beautiful and arrived without any brakes, but I was concerned when I found the recycled box on my porch with one of the side seams totally open and could see a towel and bubble wrap inside. Seller could have at least taped the box where it was open.

I'm so glad you received them unbroken! The box was in excellent condition when the figurines were mailed. It must have been damaged in shipping (our postal system in this area is terrible). Great care was taken to ensure items were shipped safely - as evidenced by the box breaking but not the figurines. Thank you for the positive review!
