    The experience with this buyer was negative. I listed the item with photos of all the measurements and manufacturer's labels. The buyer bought the shorts without checking the measurements. The shorts did not fit her so she decided to blame the seller and leave a negative feedback. I offered a full refund to resolve this issue but she didn't respond. That's unfortunate considering that I have been a buyer and seller on eBay since 2016 with 100% positive feedback.
