      Item was mostly as described and came with additional necessary components. However, it was listed as fully functioning and clearly has a bad attenuator potentiometer. Many of the positions completely cut out the power and the remaining ones that work are noisy. Another potentiometer is mildly defective, and two other two seem fine.
