    I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. It took over a week for them to ship the hat I purchased, despite the listing indicating a much shorter handling time. Additionally, communication was very poor throughout the process. My messages went unanswered for days, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order. I would not recommend this seller and will not be buying from them again. I purchased the hat on May 25th and the hat arrived yesterday June 12. Totally unacceptable!
