I contacted the company and found out it was used, configured and named for someone else's home network. They helped me reset it, then I was finally able to configure it for my network. I should not have received a used, configured item returned by another customer described as "open box". Item was shipped 2 days after I ordered it, and arrived 7 days later. Price was good

    The item was described as new. However, when I received it, it was missing a cable from the card to the motherboard. I contacted the seller and he said he will send me a cable. Unfortunately, the cable I received was not fitting, so I contacted the sellers again. Then he sent me another another cable, but it didn’t fit either. I contacted the seller again and after a week waiting and not getting any response, I have to finally leave a review. I’m left with the card that does not have Bluetooth.
